- Card Hold: On the morning of your scheduled cleaning, a hold will be placed on your credit card for the estimated service amount. This is not an immediate charge; it's simply a hold to secure your booking.
- Final Charge: The actual charge will be processed after the cleaning is completed and the final cost is confirmed.
- Accepted Payment Methods: For security and convenience, we only accept credit or debit card payments. We do not accept cash or checks.
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.
- Rescheduling: We understand that plans can change. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule, and we will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time.
3. Service Scope
- Standard vs. Deep Cleaning: Please review our service options carefully. Standard cleaning includes general cleaning tasks, while Deep Cleaning covers more detailed areas. If you require a specific service, please inform us during booking.
- Special Requests: Any special requests or additional services should be communicated at the time of booking. This allows us to ensure that we have the necessary supplies and time allocated to meet your needs.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee
- Customer Satisfaction: Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will address any issues.
5. Access to Property
- Entry Instructions: Please provide clear instructions for accessing your property if you will not be home during the scheduled service time. This includes entry codes, key locations, or any other necessary details.
